2. Scope & Order Formation

1. These terms apply to distance-sale transactions formed when consumers purchase products through the ApexSight website.
2. The product name, specifications, price, options, inventory, estimated ship date, and shipping cost will be based on the information available on the product page, in the Cart, and on the Checkout page before the consumer submits the order.
3. After the consumer submits an order, the system notification only indicates that the website has received the order information. The sales contract is formed when ApexSight confirms the payment status, inventory, production conditions, and order details and sends notice that the order has been accepted.
4. If a product is out of stock, an option cannot be produced, or pricing or system information contains an obvious error, we will proactively contact the consumer to confirm a change or cancellation; if payment has been received but the order cannot be accepted, the payment will be refunded.
5. Consumers must provide accurate shipping and contact information. If insufficient information prevents confirmation, shipment, or delivery, we will contact the consumer to obtain the required details.

3. Product Information & Pricing

• Website prices are listed in New Taiwan dollars. Product prices, shipping fees, and any other required charges will be shown before you submit your order.
• Different screens, lighting conditions, and material batches may cause reasonable color variations; the product’s core specifications, functions, and order details must still match the agreement.
• Page images include product illustrations and photos of the actual product; Team Livery details, 3D-printing textures, signs of hand-finishing, and variations between component batches should be evaluated within a reasonable range that does not affect the agreed functionality or quality.
• Promotions and discounts apply during the stated promotional period and under the stated terms; they do not apply retroactively to orders placed before the promotion.

4. Custom Build Chassis, Add-ons & Custom Orders

1. Standard options available on the website, including body colors, batteries, tires, power systems, and video systems, will be recorded in the order details.
2. Selecting specifications only from options available on the website does not automatically constitute a customized product under the law; the applicable right to cancel the contract will continue to be handled under the Consumer Protection Act and the “Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy.”
3. Products requiring a specified non-standard color, graphic, text, structure, material, electronics configuration, or other individually requested work that makes them difficult to resell after completion are considered individually customized orders. Before production begins, the custom details, price, lead time, and whether an exception to the right to cancel a distance-sale transaction applies will be confirmed in a savable format.
4. Without the consumer’s explicit prior confirmation, statutory rights will not be categorically excluded merely because a product is labeled “Custom Build” or “Hand-Modified.”
5. If you need to change specifications after an order is placed, you must request the change before material preparation or production begins; whether changes are possible, along with any price difference and revised lead time, will be subject to separate confirmation by both parties.

5. Payment, Shipping, Invoices & Cancellations

• Once ECPay is officially enabled, the payment methods actually available, payment deadlines, and transaction status will be as shown on the Checkout page and ECPay payment page.
• The delivery area, shipping cost, and estimated ship date will be displayed before the consumer submits an order; each product will be labeled according to its in-stock, assembly, testing, and customization status.
• Invoices or valid proof of transaction will be provided in accordance with applicable tax laws and the method disclosed on the Checkout page.
• You may contact us to cancel an order before the contract is formed; after contract formation, cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds will be handled under these terms and the “Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy.”

6. Safe Use & Warranty Limitations

• FPV RC cars, lithium batteries, chargers, video equipment, and wireless equipment must be operated according to the product instructions and used in a safe location by a person with appropriate judgment.
• Do not operate the product on roads, around crowds or flammable materials, in standing water, or in areas where operation is prohibited by law; when charging, use compatible charging equipment and continuously monitor the battery’s condition.
• Damage caused by impact, water intrusion, improper charging, unauthorized disassembly or repairs, rewiring, incompatible parts, or anything other than an original product defect is not considered a product defect; repair options may still be assessed separately.
• These terms do not exclude or limit consumers’ statutory rights regarding warranties against defects, damages, or other mandatory protections.

7. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

Consumers may call 02-8771-3608 during Customer Service hours or submit a complaint through the LINE Official or Instagram account listed on the website. Please provide the order number, contact information, and a description of the issue; we will handle it based on the transaction records.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China. If a dispute arises from this transaction, the parties must first negotiate in good faith; jurisdiction for litigation will remain subject to mandatory provisions such as the Consumer Protection Act and Code of Civil Procedure, without excluding any jurisdiction the consumer is legally entitled to assert.

8. Legal Basis & Version

These terms are established in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, Civil Code, Personal Data Protection Act, and other applicable laws of the Republic of China. Last updated: July 24, 2026. Changes to these terms do not affect the rights and obligations of orders formed before the changes.
